Return Eligibility

  • Non-custom products: You may return unopened, unused, and undamaged non-custom products within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Custom products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom-made products due to their personalized nature.

Return Process

  2. Return Instructions: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the eligibility requirements, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price, excluding original shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original method of payment.

Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, we are not currently able to offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, you may return your original item for a refund and then place a new order.

Conditions

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging, with tags attached (if applicable).
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the items do not meet the return eligibility requirements.
